Refund policy

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to let us know if something went wrong with your order. In the case that something is not correct, you can contact us at  team@byasteria.com. 

Products are eligible for return if they are not custom made and are returned in original condition with the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and related costs that may accompany if the product is not defective. Because some products are custom made items, the customer requesting a replacement with the policy are required to provide pictures in order for our staff to know what went wrong.

*Any organizer order from our store does not come with the handbag. All organizer orders are only for the wool insert and not for the handbag.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If in any case your custom handbag organizer does not fit your handbag, please email us team@byasteria.com with detailed photos. We will assist you from there. 

In the case that the mail was lost in transit, please do reach out to the local post officer before contacting us for a speedier resolution. Ask them to find it and ask for a claim number. 

For parcels stolen from you property, please contact your local police as we are unable to be responsible for theft on your property. 

If the package was damaged in transit, please let us know and provide us with photos of the situation.

Non-returnable items

All of our customs made items (including handbag organizers and personalization) are not returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

All of our Notebook Wonderland vendor items, planner and agendas are not returnable. They do come second-hand and are as described. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

While all of our items are non returnable or refundable, we make sure to guarantee the authenticity of our items. All of our items are genuine and authentically vintage. If you find concerns and questions with your product, we can also help you with that!

Cancellations & Address Changes

For any last minute change of addresses, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the item has been shipped out, we will attempt to contact the shipping logistics to help change your address; however, we will be unable to promise your package can be sent to the new address as we no longer have your package. In the case a package is already in transit, please first contact the respective shippers your package is with. They will definitely be able to provide the fastest and most accurate solutions for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
