How can I measure my bag?

Please measure the exterior of the handbag in centimeters by turning it upside down and measure with a ruler. the L and W with the base of the bag and then finally turn it right side up for the H of the bag(not including the handles).

Please remember to include photos of the bag if the bag is shaped interestingly.

What types of felt are there available? There is 3 mm felt instead of the usual 2 mm felt. It is not recommended because it takes up more space in your bag without minimal extra support as compared to the regular.
What colors can I get? We have 30 color selections and these are available to be found on our website page under COLORS.

HELP! Something is wrong with my order!

How can I contact customer service? Email us at team@byasteria.com for any order specific inquiries. Thank you!
I ordered the wrong size! Please email or message us before ordering. In the case that you've already ordered the wrong item, please contact team@byasteria.com within 24 hours to help adjust the order.
Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. After that, your made to order item is already in the making. We are sorry that they will not be able to be refunded then.
HELP! I put in the wrong shipping address Before 24 hours, we will try our best. After 24 hours, cannot change or cancel order. Once item has been shipped, the address cannot be changed. At that time, please contact the logistics. They will be able to help from there.
This is totally wrong! I would like to return! All of our items are custom made. There may be slight measurement errors of up to 2 cm as per our store policy. If there is something wrong with your order, email us a picture of the problem at team@byasteria.com We will definitely get back to you on where to go from there. Thank you for your understanding.
What happens if my package is lost? Please contact the logistics company(DHL, USPS, CAN POST, AUS POST, etc...) first with your tracking number.
